Natural gas prices – when and how to negotiate how to reduce the risk and the effective price (May 2019)
The third seminar “Natural gas prices – when and how to negotiate and reduce the risk and the effective price” was, again, organized by the Faculty of Economics & Business Zagreb and the Institute for Economy of Energy and Environment. It was held on May 15 and 16, 2019. This time, the seminar was attended by the representatives of the industry only.
Just like on previous seminars the following topics were covered in detail: the traditional vs. liberalized natural gas market; some specifics of the gas market compared to the market of other goods; deadlines for contracting; prices on the gas exchanges and how to collect them from the available public sources and what to pay attention to; other price models besides traditional ones.

After organizing Seminar in December 2018 “Natural gas prices – when an how to negotiate and reduce the risk and the effective price” it was, on 12 and 13 March 2019, held on new Seminar “Price Models and Methods for Lowering Natural Gas Costs” also organized by the Faculty of Economics & Business Zagreb and the Institute for Economy of Energy and Environment.

Natural gas prices – when and how to negotiate how to reduce the risk and the effective price (December 2018)
On 13 and 14 December 2018 was held on Seminar “Natural gas prices – when and how to negotiate and reduce the risk and the effective price”, organized by the Faculty of Economics & Business Zagreb and the Institute for Economy of Energy and Environment.
The goal of the seminar was to work in small groups to make the interaction between the lecturers and the participants as good as possible. So, in the first row, a seminar, as planned, was attended by 20 participants from Croatia and from the region. The first day of the seminar included professional lectures on the topic, while the second day were practical examples that the attendees can apply in their business. The participants are from different sectors of industry and different professions and functions they perform.
The lecturers have over 20 years of experience in the gas sector and have worked for international gas companies. Today they run the Energy Academy and are full-time members of the Association.
